My order tracking sat in the same spot for days, then suddenly started jumping all over the place without giving me any real update. I reached out to support, but they just told me to wait, which wasn’t no help at all. Still don’t have my package, and I have no idea where it even is

I don’t know if it’s just my luck, but every pack seems to shoot differently and it’s really frustrating. I feel like I’m the one who always ends up dealing with stuff like this, and it makes getting consistent exposure way harder than it should be.

I first tried using the site sometime last month, or maybe it was late the month before, and it looked nice at first. But once I actually started clicking around, it got frustrating. A few pages were slow to load for me, and the menus weren’t as clear as I expected.

I was just trying to find some film info, but I ended up bouncing around more than I should have. Checkout worked fine enough, so that part wasn’t a big issue, but overall the site felt a bit messy and not very easy to use.

The shipping was way slower than I expected. I ordered thinking it would show up in a normal amount of time, but it just dragged on and on. The tracking barely updated, which made it even more frustrating because I had no idea what was going on. It did finally arrive, but by that point I was already annoyed and kind of over it. Not sure I’d order again unless I really had to.

I really do like the products, but wow, trying to actually get the things I want sometimes feels like a small saga. I check back, I wait, I refresh, and then somehow it’s still out of stock. It’s not the end of the world, but it definitely gets annoying after a few rounds of hoping today is finally the day.

My order showed up in this thin mailer with almost no padding, and the box was crushed on one corner. For what I paid, it just felt cheap and careless. The film itself seems fine, but the packaging was disappointing and kind of made me lose trust in ordering from them again.

Overall, I’m happy with the final result, but it did take longer than I expected to get there. If you’re planning to use this, I’d just recommend giving yourself some extra time and not cutting it too close with deadlines. The quality was good in the end, so it worked out, but a little patience definitely helps

I ordered some film from impossible-project.com and it did not feel fresh at all. The colors came out weak and kind of muddy and a few photos looked messed up right away. For what it costs I really expected better stock. It is frustrating when instant film is already so expensive. I do not think I would order from them again

I was disappointed with this film. The colors came out looking strange, and a lot of my shots were really faded. For what I paid, I expected much better quality. I wish I had gone with a different option because it feels like I lost out on both the money and the photos I was hoping to keep.

I was disappointed with how the photos turned out. They were really blurry and the sharpness just wasn’t there at all, so it definitely didn’t feel worth what I paid. What annoyed me even more was that the policy seems to have these little loopholes where they can basically say it doesn’t qualify for a fix or refund. Just a frustrating experience overall

The camera works fine overall, so I can’t say it’s bad. That said, the focus feels a bit off at times, which can be annoying when you’re trying to get a clear shot. It’s okay for casual use, but I wouldn’t call it great

I asked for help, but the replies I got were just confusing, honestly. Clear answers there were not, and it felt like barely anyone was actually trying to help.

The selection was way smaller than I expected and disappointing. I feel kind of stupid for trusting that they’d have more options, because there really wasn’t much to choose from.

They did eventually get back to me, so it’s not like they completely ignored me, but it felt way slower than it needed to be. On top of that, I had to pay for return shipping, which made the whole thing feel barely worth the trouble. It wasn’t the absolute worst experience ever, but I definitely wouldn’t want to go through their return process again
